NQG STANDING RULES
Standing Rules are regulations that are of a continuing (or standing) nature. These rules deal only with administrative matters and function under the umbrella of the organization’s bylaws. Changes to the Standing Rules are reviewed and approved by the Executive Board. An addendum at the end of the document records the history of changes made for each update published to the website.
