OUR HISTORY

Established in 1983, Naples Quilters Guild, Inc. is a Florida non-profit corporation, promoting artisan education and philanthropy through quilting.  Click to see the list of past presidents of the Guild==> President List.

Some of the historical highlights:

1985 – First quilt show and workshops with outside teachers and speakers

1990 – Challenge Show at the First Federal Savings & Loan Association

1991-1994 – Joint Annual Quilt show with Extension Homemakers’ known as Quilting Creations and Seams of Spring

1995-1998 – “Stitches in Time” quilt show held at the Naples Board of Realtors Conference Center

1999-2009 – “Stitches in Time” quilt show held at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church

2010-2012 – “Stitches in Time” quilt show held at Naples Community School

2013-2027 – “Stitches in Time” quilt show held at New Hope Ministries

2026 was our 31st annual “Stitches in Time” quilt show

2020 – Our annual “Stitches in Time” quilt show was cancelled due to Covid
